Singlecut Beersmiths at Earl's

Upper East Side home-brewer Rich Buceta—who plans to build a brewery called Singlecut Beersmiths later this year—will lug a dozen craft brews to the beer-and-cheese–focused Earl's for this Father's Day tasting. Sample a flight of Singlecut's West Coast–influenced pours, including Pacific NW Mahogany Ale and Oak Barrel Aged Bock, each paired with a cheese from regional dairy farms like Vermont's Woodcock and Jasper Hill.
