Goth chandeliers and kick-ass music mark this dark UWS dive as punk—with broadened horizons. The tap pulls, dispensing Stella Artois, Guinness and Bass, are sawed-off guitar necks, and the walls are covered with vintage concert posters (from Dylan to the Damned). The affable local clientele and mood-lit conversation nooks make it surprisingly accessible (even without a working knowledge of Dee Dee Ramone).
