"Gustav Metzger: Historic Photographs"

Tweens and teens who are learning about heavy historical events, such as the Holocaust or September 11, will be drawn to the striking and thought-provoking works of this 86-year-old artist and activist. Sculptural installations repurpose powerful images, putting two-dimensional photos into the context of the real world by stacking bricks in front of them or obscuring them with a sheet.
