This summer group show features work by four contemporary artists from New York and four contemporary artists from Los Angeles. Is this correct? Seven names in title, and the press release online says seven "in New York and Los Angeles." Among the offerings are maps carved out of cowhide by Tanaka, portraits of immigrants by Rabbia and Melinat's folded sculptures based on "computational origami."
