Admission is free to this outdoor fest, where after chowing down on goodies from Wafels & Dinges, Gorilla Cheese, Nuchas, Palenque, Toum, Shorty's, Diso's, Luke's and Hibachi Heaven, families can get in on arts and crafts while keeping warm, thanks to plenty of space heaters.
