Making Books Sing–Warming Up for the Brooklyn Book Festival

Though the Brooklyn Book Festival doesn't officially begin until Sunday morning, kids can get ready at this festival-sponsored "bookend" event. Puerto Rican folktales take center stage with music and puppetry, and afterward, kids can get crafty in a bookmaking workshop. Ages 3 to 8.
