Felicity: A Salon of Elegance for Children

This salon set up shop in Park Slope last November and has been consistently attracting the tween and teen sets. The swanky style spot offers haircuts, manis and pedis, and even throws birthday bashes. The mod interior, with the lime green walls and bright orange chairs, is chic but youthful, and portraits of smiling girls adorn the walls.
