"Raw/Cooked: Shura Chernozatonskaya"

Red Hook–based artist Chernozatonskaya created two installations specifically for the museum: One, in the Beaux-Arts Court, draws inspiration from the nearby European painting collection. The other, in the lobby, features 33 canvases combined to make one large-scale work, a composition of circles that will remind kids of traffic lights, dominos and the rhythms of Latin music.
