Tracy Anderson opened her Coral Gables studio in November 2025 while parts of the reception area were still under construction—and no one cared. Image-obsessed Miami forgave its appearance without hesitation, because that’s how elated we were to finally have the fitness entrepreneur put down roots in our city.
I was there on the first day, crown molding just starting to settle, and have been back several times since, admiring the evolution of what’s now a sleek, 5,000-square-foot space tailor-made for all things TA. Clients can experience the full range of Anderson’s pioneering methods here. The room is heated with infrared panels and features a custom humidity system to keep everything moist and lubricated for movement. The bouncy floor is CardioFly Super G, providing a flexible foundation for all the dancing, jumping and energetic movements TA is known for (my millennial knees were grateful).
Workouts include the full roster of Tracy’s muscle-strengthening and dance cardio programs, with new choreography released each week to keep things challenging and interesting—especially for members who receive a personalized wellness plan designed to help them continuously level up in their fitness journey. Fans of TA’s proprietary props can dabble in MYMODE classes, use HeartStones and work with the Growth Rings.
Classes are intentionally small—about two dozen participants—and every station is set up and removed for you, a small detail that sets the TA enterprise apart from other high-end studios. The same care carries over to the locker room, which is equipped with all kinds of pre- and post-class essentials, from beauty balms and dry shampoo to showers and hair dryers. TA and her team have truly thought of everything.
