Where to have New Year’s Eve dinner in Melbourne

It was one of the most talked-about restaurants in 2025, so where else would you want to ring in the new year? The Iberian-themed restaurant at Hyde Melbourne Place hotel is offering a festive set menu for $165 with optional wine pairings for an extra $95.
