London's constantly changing, yet at heart, always seems to stay the same. To prove the point, filmmaker Simon Smith has taken a remarkable piece from the BFI archives – a 1927 film of the city in colour by Claude Friese-Greene – and recreated much of it shot-for-shot in the present day.
