Time Out says

This one-weekend-only exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery celebrates the unsung heroes that form the backbone of local communities across Great Britain. Commissioned by Coca-Cola, celebrated royal portraitists Jamie Coreth, Nicky Phillips, Gareth Reid and Nick Bashall have each contributed a portrait of an independent business owner with the style and grandeur usually reserved for VIPs.

The exhibition celebrates the 175th anniversary of the Great British high street, the roots of which can be traced to the Victorian shopping revolution in 1851, and follows new research by Coca-Cola which found that 79% of consumers believe the contributions of independent businesses are underappreciated.

Head down over the weekend to check out the pensive, regal portraits of Pindy Kaur, owner of Ocean Fish Bar in Barnsley, Simon Dafforn-Jones, landlord of The Ferry Boat Inn in South Devon, Gino Verecchia, proprietor of The University Café in Glasgow, and Kaual Patel, owner of Torridon Convenience Store in Catford.
