An offshoot of Tomos Parry’s incredibly popular Shoreditch restaurant, Brat x Climpson’s Arch opened in 2020 as a winter pop-up, and proved so popular that it was eventually made permanent. Just like at the original Brat, the food here is seasonal and hyper-fresh, taken straight from the fields of Cambridge and Cornwall and cooked up in front of you on a big barbecue counter.
