Aappa Kadai

An East Ham restaurant with pedigree - it's from a chain with branches in Dubai and in Chennai, on the south-east coast of India. The food here is heavily influenced by South Indian cooking.

Expect, then, dishes including a range of aapam, mutton soup, chicken sukka, king fish tawa fry, mango fish curry, prawns chettinad and a spicy brinjal curry - an authentic aubergine dish here made hot. Dishes from other regions include kebabs, chicken tikka, butter chicken, rogan josh and aloo gobi masala.
