UBS Soundscapes: Eclectica - Dhafer Youssef

As part of LSO St Luke's tenth birthday festival (sponsored by a Swiss bank, natch), Dhafer Youssef showcases the sound of the oud, a pear-shaped guitar characteristic of Middle Eastern music. He is accompanied by guitarist Elvind Aarset, pianist Kristjan Randalu, bass Phil Donkin and drummer and percussionist Chander Sardjoe.
