The Natural History Museum’s T-rex has got its festive jumper on, Claridge’s has revealed the designer of its posh tree (or should we say treehouse)… London is well on the way to getting in the Christmas spirit. But for all the flashy lights displays and cute festive markets, for many Londoners the festive season is best-loved for one thing: Hyde Park Winter Wonderland.
The annual festive institution has been taking place in Hyde Park for two decades. These days it’s a veritable village of seasonal delights, featuring an ice rink, Bavarian-style beer halls, big wheels, rollercoaster rides, ice sculptures and much, much more.
Never one to rest on its laurels, Winter Wonderland will reopen this year with several new attractions. A K-pop circus and a frozen ‘Neverland’ are among the fresh things to experience at the Royal Parks fair this festive season.
Wondering when Winter Wonderland will return for 2026? Spoiler: you don’t have long to wait. Here’s all you need to know about the Hyde Park fair this year, from the opening date to ticket prices and new attractions.
When does Hyde Park Winter Wonderland open for 2026?
The festive extravaganza will return on Thursday November 19 2026.
It’ll be open every day (apart from Christmas Day) until January 3 2027.
How much are Winter Wonderland 2026 tickets?

Once in, you can stay as long as you like. Note that, as always, attractions within Winter Wonderland cost extra. New this year, the event has launched a bunch of passes and packages that include rides and attractions. Check those out here.

Otherwise, expect the usual favourites to return, including:
