Feeling lucky? Holding out for a Christmas miracle? Now is the perfect time to test that luck, because Omaze has just launched its latest ‘Million Pound House Draw’. And the grand prize is here in the capital city.

Up for grabs this time is a spectacular four-bed house in north west London worth £5 million. If that wasn’t enough the winner will also get an enormous wad of cash – £250,000 to be exact.

Omaze’s newest pad is located close to Queens Park and a short walk from Kilburn Underground station. It was built in the early 1900s and features five bathrooms, a 120ft south-facing garden, a playhouse and a wellness studio at the bottom of the garden with its own sauna.

To top it all off, the house comes mortgage-free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered, and you get to keep over £150,000 worth of furnishings already inside. If you become the lucky owner, you can move in yourself or choose to rent it out – local estate agents reckon that it could achieve a long-term rental value of around £10,000 per month. Here’s a look at what could be yours.

How to enter Omaze’s 2025 London house prize draw

The easiest way to enter the draw is online here. Alternatively, you can enter via post – find all the rules for that here. Both online and postal entries start from £15. The draw closes on January 25 for online entries and January 27 for postal entries. And remember: it’s for over 18s and UK residents only.

Even if you don’t win the house, your money will be helping out dementia charity Alzheimer’s Society. Omaze has guaranteed a £1m donation to the organisation, which will enable over 2,000 families to access its Dementia Advisers.
