Celebrated dark lights on the late-'80s, downtown NYC noise-punk/hardcore scene, led by Chris Spencer is almost as well known for their grisly sleeve art (photos of a post-suicide bath tub, a decapitated body on a subway track) as their fierce and uncompromising sound.
