The Great Wee Band/Stan Sulzmann

Great Scottish soul jazz guitarist Jim Mullen gave this band its apt moniker, featuring as it does great Brit jazz trumpeter Henry Lowther, bass legend Dave Green and drummer Stu Butterfield, all combining on a refined mix of modern, modal and funky material. Incisive Wayne Shorter-ish sax man Sulzmann adds yet more class to this group as they launch their new album 'Light Blue'.
