Multi-tasking? No problem for this sophisticated all-day café cum restaurant cum party bar which clearly aims to appeal to those expense-account execs in the daytime and lounge lovers and pre-clubbers after dark. Upstairs it’s all crisp black, white, chrome and parquet floor in a sleek NYC diner style while down below are the Cosmobase Room and burgundy-and-brown cubist Cosmo-base Lounge to dance and kick back in. Up till now there haven’t been many one-off parties to write about, but that may well change.
