Time Out says

If you thought east London is past its clubbing prime, think again. Located in a non-residential area between Bow and Canning Town, FOLD is conveniently close to the Jubilee line and its night tube service (when it's running). The club is basically a box with a sound system and some LEDs, but once you visit you’ll realise that you really don’t need anything more than that. Throwing marathon parties in an east London industrial estate, FOLD has a reputation for its killer programming and a vibe that radiates the raw energy of grassroots clubbing. It’s most reputable event is the Sunday afternoon party UNFOLD, a queer gathering where the lineup isn’t announced in advance. On popular days the queue can be impenetrable, so get down there early. Black ‘fits are advised. Founded by a group of artists, DJs and party people known as The Shapes Collective (responsible for Hackney venue The Glove That Fits) the club is made up of a 600-capacity main dancefloor.

What’s on

Easter Sunday at FOLD

A night at FOLD always feels like religious experience. And for Easter Sunday the east London warehouse will be doing what it does best with a mammoth bash lasting from sundown until sunrise. The club’s 600-capacity main room will be occupied by German DJs tINI and DJ Sweet6teen while Francesco Farfa and Matteo Manzini will take over the Steam Room, the more intimate enclave at the back of the venue.
