A branch of the popular and upmarket Everyman Cinemas chain. Its two screens pack in 60 seats each, and there's a bar serving alcoholic drinks and tip-top pizzas. Programming-wise, expect new-release blockbusters, indie hits and the odd special event.

Everyman Belsize Park
Everyman Belsize Park
Everyman has half a dozen venues across London, each with plush seats, posh food and carpets you could lick without getting a stomach bug. The Belsize Park is our favourite – a flagship for the luxe-ing of the chain, it has good food and drink, and seats so comfy you might find yourself nodding off. A one-screen affair, this was the first of the luxury Everyman cinemas and so is something of a flagship, alongside its near-neighbour the Everyman Hampstead.

Everyman Canary Wharf
Everyman Canary Wharf
This three-screen boutique cinema in the middle of Canary Wharf is as plush as they come, with squishy sofa seating, velvet armchairs, cushions and footrests all round. Snuggle up for a banging blockbuster or a sing-a-long screening.

Everyman Hampstead
Everyman Hampstead
This is the original cinema of the Everyman chain of luxury cinemas – known as the Everyman long before there was ever a group. The venue’s two screens (or 'screening lounges') are decidedly upscale: each with armchairs, sofas and footstools, wine coolers by every seat and staff on hand to serve food and drink directly to your seat as you watch. The programming is a mix of mainstream and independent, so you can expect to see big blockbusters here as well as artier British and international films.
