Time Out says

Through stage costumes, music videos, photographs, designs, and more, Pop to Punk will celebrate the subcultures and pioneering artists from 1972 to 1985. It’ll explore how they fuelled the anti-establishment DIY punk aesthetic, and the enduring influence they had on popular music, art and fashion in the decades since. Prepare for a showcase around 300 objects related to radical artists like the Sex Pistols, The Slits, The Specials, Joy Division, Wham! and Eurythmics and the way they responded to the ‘austerity, boredom and political turbulence’ of the time.
