Right next to the Esplanada do Adamastor and boasting the same river views, Noobai is set apart from the noisy scene that takes over the area as the night wears on. On sunny days there are tables on the rooftop terrace, but there's more space downstairs. A modish menu offers Med snacks such as stuffed vegetables, risottos and couscous. There's also a range of tarts, cakes and scones, plus some great caipirinhas. It's a fine choice for those with young kids as there's a well-stocked play area.
