Get ready for an exciting fusion of nature and contemporary art at Pacific Place this summer! The retail destination is teaming up with ComplexCon Hong Kong and renowned Japanese artist Takashi Murakami to bring his visionary footwear brand, Ohana Hatake, for its first-ever pop-up in Hong Kong. From July 31 to August 13, art lovers and fashion fans alike can immerse themselves in a mesmerising dreamscape that promises to be a feast for the eyes (and the feet!).

Ohana Hatake translates to ‘field of flowers’ in Japanese, which also reflects the enchanting experience awaiting you at the pop-up. As you enter the Garden Court at the mall, you’ll be greeted by a dreamlike environment where a large-scale hanging cherry blossom installation takes centre stage. Inspired by Murakami’s iconic visual language, the space is adorned with blooming cherry blossom trees and his signature colourful flower motif with smiling faces. Marrying the beauty of nature with the artist’s unique aesthetic, this visually striking garden not only invites visitors to capture Insta-worthy shots but also inspires a sense of creativity and joy.

Be sure to browse through the exclusive Ohana Hatake merchandise, including two limited-edition styles in twelve eye-catching colourways – four of which are brand-new colours – which will be released throughout the two weeks of the pop-up. Visitors can purchase slippers in colours like Buttercup, Lime Zest, Deep Forest, and Sweet Grape – each with bold silhouettes that blend traditional Japanese elements with modern comfort, and embody the playful spirit of Murakami’s artistry, making them must-haves for fashion aficionados.

But there’s more: simply spend $800 or $1,500 by electronic payment at Pacific Place and Starstreet Precinct on the same day to redeem a complimentary coffee featuring a distinctive Ohana Hatake design or a stylish tote bag from the Japanese brand – available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. These exclusive rewards can be redeemed daily during the pop-up from 11am to 7pm.

From July 31 to August 24, visitors can also enjoy Summer in Full Bloom shopping rewards while shopping at Pacific Place and Starstreet Precinct. After accumulating designated amounts of same-day e-spending, shoppers can redeem Pacific Place shopping e-vouchers worth up to $2,600. On top of these rewards, Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard® holders can enjoy bonus vouchers valued up to $2,200!
