Australian steak experts Wooloomooloo Group is going all out for NYE this year, offering festive arrangements across its family of restaurants. We suggest making a move early to secure a table at Wooloomooloo Prime or Wooloomooloo Steakhouse in Tsim Sha Tsui East for those unmissable Victoria Harbour views – perfect for enjoying the fireworks.

On December 31, Wooloomooloo Prime will present a four-course Festive Brunch ($398 per person, with add-on free-flow options available) for diners to tuck into dishes like grilled beef tenderloin, crab cake, hazelnut cheesecake, and a 200-day sirloin with pan-seared foie gras, among others. Come nighttime, the New Year’s Eve Dinner ($1,288 per person for first seating, $1,488 per person for second seating to see the NYE fireworks; both with additional wine pairings available) will treat guests to lobster bisque, bone marrow with onion bacon marmalade, duck wellington, wagyu sirloin, slow-cooked beef cheek, sea bass en paupiette, red wine pear, and more as part of a four-course meal.

TokyoLima’s New Year’s Eve Dinner ($598 per person) presents two sharing courses to start, a main of your choice, a side, and dessert. Enjoy pani puri ceviche bombs, tuna watermelon, beef tataki, pollo a la brasa, pork belly, lomo saltado don lucho (beef tenderloin), and vanilla ginger crumble as part of the indulgent spread.

Meanwhile, Honjo’s New Year’s Eve Dinner ($780 per person) gathers the best of modern Japanese cuisine into a dining experience that features shared starters such as gyoza, yuzu salmon, tuna tartare, and wagyu beef tataki, and a sushi and sashimi course with a curation of fresh seafood.
