If you haven’t made your way up to The Peak for a while now, there will soon be a fantastic reason to do so: the Museum of Illusions is opening in Hong Kong. This brand-new entertainment destination marks the museum’s biggest location in the Asia region, with over 11,000 sq ft to play around in.

More than 50 mind-bending exhibits will be housed in The Peak Galleria, with plenty of immersive illusion rooms, interactive installations, holograms, and optical illusions that merge into a visual and sensory playground for all ages. The first attractions to be unveiled include an infinity room where you’ll be surrounded by endless reflections, an Ames room where visitors can appear to grow or shrink depending on where you stand, a spinning vortex tunnel, and a head-on-a-platter illusion that makes your body disappear.

This new Hong Kong location will also house brand-new installations that are exclusive to our city, such as a ‘reversed room’ themed around our iconic ding ding trams, and an optical illusion set inside a dim sum restaurant. Aside from Instagram-worthy sights to jolt the senses, what makes the Museum of Illusions even more fun is that it is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends along for the photo ops!

The Museum of Illusions Hong Kong will soon open at Unit G03, 101-103 &105, Peak Galleria, 118 Peak Road, The Peak.
