This month, we've added a few new entries to the ranking, including Anelya, an exceptional Ukrainian restaurant from chefs Johnny Clark and Beverly Kim of Parachute HiFi; Milly's Pizza in the Pan, a pandemic-born pizzeria that dishes out some of the best deep dish this city has seen; and buzzy new Greektown spot Ithaki Estiatorio from the team behind the now-shuttered Costa’s Greek Dining and Bar. Time Out has also instituted a sitewide change in review policies. Our food and drink venues included in guides now have star ratings, with five stars corresponding to “amazing,” four to “great” and three to “good,” and we’ve also standardized how most listings are structured.
