Your journey begins at the V&A Waterfront with a ferry ride to one of South Africa’s most significant historical sites, which was once home to political prisoners, including Nelson Mandela.
A standard tour lasts approximately three and a half hours, including two 30-45 minute ferry rides, depending on sea conditions. Ferries, each with a capacity of up to 150 passengers, depart up to four times a day from the Nelson Mandela Gateway at the V&A Waterfront.
