Time Out says

Harvard Square gets a Filipino and broader Asian food-and-culture takeover on September 5, when the Asian Night Market expands from last year’s Brattle Plaza debut into the Brattle and Church Street area. The draw is the mix: street food and an Asian beer garden sit alongside live music, pop-up shops and carnival games, while an Anime and K-Pop Random Play Dance meetup gives the night a distinctly contemporary edge. There is also a 3x3 basketball awards ceremony, a three-point shootout and a karaoke contest, so the programming goes well beyond the usual food-festival setup. It is free, family-friendly and runs from 4pm to 10pm, making it an easy drop-in after a day around the Square. For anyone interested in the Filipino and Asian American communities shaping Cambridge’s cultural calendar, this is one to keep on the radar.
