Time Out says

OAK Long Bar & Kitchen is modern rebrand of the Oak Room, a longtime Boston institution at the elegant Fairmont Copley Plaza. Though renovations have lightened what was once a stuffy, dark interior, the renowned tableside martini service has remained—as has the drink’s hefty price tag.
