The winner will receive:

1. a two-night stay in 1 x guestroom for the winner and a guest at the winner’s choice of voco Auckland City Centre, voco Brisbane City Centre, voco Melbourne Central or voco Queenstown;
2. One $1,000 AUD Webjet voucher, which the winner may use at their discretion, subject to the voucher's terms and conditions;
3. One $1,000 AUD EFTPOS gift card, which the winner may use at their discretion, subject to the gift card's terms and conditions;
4. One yellow Antler carry-on suitcase; and
5. Personal city recommendations curated by the winner’s voco Host

The total value of the prize is approximately $4,500 AUD (the Prize Package).

The Webjet voucher and EFTPOS gift card are not required to be used in connection with the hotel stay and may be redeemed independently, subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Any costs associated with accepting or using the Prize Package that are not expressly included above, including flights, travel insurance, passports, meals, transfers, spending money and incidental expenses, are the responsibility of the winner. Should the winner choose to use the Webjet voucher towards flights for their hotel stay, any costs exceeding the $1,000 AUD voucher value will be the responsibility of the winner.

The accommodation component of the Prize Package is subject to the applicable privacy policy of the relevant hotel and the IHG privacy statement, available at:

The privacy policies referred to above apply only to the accommodation component of the Prize Package. The Webjet voucher and EFTPOS gift card are subject to the applicable privacy policies and terms and conditions of their respective issuers or providers.

The following additional conditions apply to the Prize Package:

1. The Webjet voucher and EFTPOS voucher must be used before their respective expiry.
2. The accommodation component of the Prize Package must be redeemed and the stay completed within 12 months after the winner is notified, subject to availability and other conditions set out below. Blackout dates apply (which will be confirmed by hotels at the time of booking) and may include selected peak periods, public holidays and special event dates.
3. Advance booking is required for the accommodation. The winner must book the prize at least two weeks in advance from their preferred date.

Start Date: 12:15 am AEST on 19 October 2026
End Date: 11:45 pm AEST on 19 November 2026

HOW DO I ENTER?

Step 2: Submit the completed entry form before the End Date.

By submitting your entry, you acknowledge that you are entering the Competition and agree to these Competition Rules.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

WHO CAN ENTER?

The Competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over, except:

1. residents in the ACT
2. employees, officers and contractors of Time Out and employees of the participating hotels, and their immediate family members, as well as employees of IHG Hotels Management (Australia) Pty Ltd and its affiliates.

You may only enter once. Multiple entries will not be accepted.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

This Competition is a game of chance.

Each valid entry received before the End Date will be entered into a computer-generated random draw.

The competition ends on Friday, November 20, 2026 at 10.05am with the draw happening as soon as the competition is closed at that time.  

The first valid entry selected at random will be the winner.

The winner will be notified by Time Out by email within two business days of the draw and the winner’s name will be published at https://neflytia.top/australia within 48 hours. 

If required by Time Out, the winner must provide reasonable proof of their identity, age and eligibility to enter the Competition before the Prize Package is awarded.

OTHER RULES

1. Time Out may disqualify an entrant if it reasonably believes that the entrant has breached these Competition Rules, provided false or misleading information, interfered with the entry or draw process, or otherwise engaged in conduct intended to obtain an unfair advantage in the Competition.
2. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours after Time Out first attempts to notify them, is found to be ineligible, or does not claim the Prize Package as required, the winner will forfeit the Prize Package and no compensation will be payable.
3. If the Prize Package is forfeited under clause 2, Time Out will select a replacement winner by conducting a further random draw from the remaining valid entries as soon as reasonably practicable after the forfeiture occurs. Any replacement winner will be notified and published in the same manner as the original winner. 
4. The individual components of the Prize Package may be supplied or fulfilled by third-party providers and are subject to any applicable booking, redemption and other terms and conditions disclosed in these Competition Rules.
5. The Prize Package is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except to the extent otherwise required by law or expressly permitted by the applicable Prize Provider.
6. If any component of the Prize Package becomes unavailable for reasons outside the reasonable control of Time Out or the Prize Provider, Time Out may, subject to applicable law, substitute that component with another prize of equal or greater value.
7. Daily breakfast is included in the Prize Package. Any additional expenses incurred during the stay at a voco Hotel that is not included in the Prize Package giveaway listed (eg. other food, beverages, activities, taxes) will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 
8. Time Out is not responsible for any failure by a third-party Prize Provider to provide any component of the Prize Package, except to the extent that responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. By entering the Competition, entrants consent to Time Out collecting, using and disclosing their personal information for the purpose of administering the Competition, including conducting the draw, contacting and verifying the winner and awarding the Prize Package. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Time Out’s Privacy Notice, available at https://neflytia.top/privacy-notice.
10. Any consent to receive marketing communications from Time Out, the voco Hotels or another campaign partner will be obtained separately through the entry form and is not a condition of entry unless expressly stated.
11. The winner consents to their name being published by Time Out as required by these Competition Rules or applicable law. Any additional participation by the winner in promotional activity, including photography, interviews or other publicity, will be subject to reasonable arrangements agreed with the winner.
12. Nothing in these Competition Rules excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred on an entrant by the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
13. Subject to clause 12 and to the maximum extent permitted by law, none of Time Out, IHG, or the voco Hotels will be liable for any loss, damage, expense or injury suffered or incurred in connection with the Competition or the acceptance or use of the Prize Package, except to the extent caused by the negligence, breach of these Competition Rules or other breach of law of Time Out, IHG or the relevant voco Hotel (as applicable).
14. If an act, omission, event or circumstance outside Time Out’s reasonable control prevents or materially affects the conduct of the Competition as contemplated by these Competition Rules, Time Out may, subject to applicable law, modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the Competition or take such other reasonable action as is necessary to address those circumstances.
15. This Competition and these Competition Rules are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts competent to hear appeals from them.
