This lively beachfront restaurant has quickly become Sydney’s go-to for joyous Italian fare. Michelin-trained chef Alessandro Pavoni and his wife Anna opened their first Cibaria venue in Manly in late 2024, before expanding to Queensland with Cibria Noosa in summer 2025. Both venues embrace the European way of socialising, all day, every day. Start with woodfired breads, cured meats and creamy mortadella, then dive into share-style plates of homemade pastas, grilled prawns and dry-aged steak.
