Feel like flying through the Tasmanian wilderness like Tarzan? Same. If you’re down for a thrill ride, Tassie has just scored a brand-new aerial adventure park boasting the highest Tarzan swing in Australia.
Located just ten minutes from Hobart’s CBD, this marks TreeClimb Australia’s first adventure park outside South Australia. Their three existing locations in Adelaide, Kuitpo Forest and Salisbury already draw more than half a million climbers nationally, with Tassie being a natural fit for the same thrill-seeking, outdoorsy crowd.
TreeClimb Hobart is a daredevil’s dream, packed with 89 aerial elements spread across six courses – four designed for adults and two for kids. From exhilarating rope bridges and suspended obstacles to more than 600 metres of ziplines, it’s practically a training ground for Australian Ninja Warrior.
TreeClimb’s biggest drawcard is its Tarzan rope swing, which is the tallest in Australia at a staggering 11.5 metres. Plunging off a 3.5-storey platform, you’ll hurtle through the canopy on a suspended rope before swinging safely back to earth.
